Overview

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. In order to initiate the return/refund process for any misprinted/damaged/defective item, please fill out a form on our contact page, select “Return Question” under “Reason for Contact” and provide as much information as possible (including username if you are a registerd customer). To complete your return, we require a digital receipt or proof of purchase with date, transaction and/or product number, which will be requested via email after a form is filled out.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@usatriumph.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect product was sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item that was originally purchased, follow the instructions above.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to the return address within the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
